Note on Unsolicited phone calls

We have been made aware of instances where our shareholders have been called regarding their shareholding by persons offering to purchase their shares. This is what is known as a ‘boiler room scam’. Shareholders are advised to be very wary of any unsolicited advice, offers to buy shares at a discount or offers of free company reports. If you receive such a call, you are advised not to get into a conversation, note the name of the person and firm contacting you and then end the call.
